Hello and welcome aboard. Even though the link to this forum reads "Non-Lib", opposing opinions on the topics are certainly welcome and encouraged. The name calling stuff - not so much. An example would be, I don't like a lot of things Trump says and does. But constant ridicule of him, or anyone who supports him...not welcome. Same would apply to those public figures on the left. Not looking for this to become a right-wing echo chamber. There are plenty of other venues to exercise that activity if that option appeals to you.
I think the best rule of thumb is to keep an open mind, and engage with the person(s) here as though you were not under the cloak of anonymity. So, hard on the issue - easy on the person.
Kinda figuring it out as we go.

Restriction for what--crowding in on his business? I assume JQP enjoys income from the OC Connect site based on advertising on the site, which would then depend on how many users, posts, and views the site generates. Is that right? If so, we are cutting into his pocketbook.
I noticed SK80 got into a little political skirmish with JQP today, so I invited SK to check out this board if he wanted to engage on the political side. He seems like a reasonable guy.
