Since its inception, I've probably watched a grand total of 5 minutes of WNBA. Now with Caitlin Clark in the fold, I'm seeing some incredible attendance #'s.
Last night was a record breaking 19,103 to for the LA Sparks v Fever. Considering average attendance was about 6,500 for the Sparks last year, this is a pretty special phenomenon. Tonight's game v Las Vegas is being moved to a larger arena to accommodate the expected sell out crowd.

Hopefully for the WNBA this has longer duration than what Andy Warhol once coined, "15 Minutes of Fame"!
