This isn’t worth starting a new thread, so since AOC is one of the primaries pushing this fear tactic about “3 million could be forced off SNAP” (or some such nonsense), maybe this is a good spot for this.
I read this today and it sounds more likely accurate than what those fear-mongering partisan hacks (including the media) are pushing:

Hollywood liberals are a sick bunch. I will wait to see if it is released... when I see it, I will dump Netflix. They’ve been cruising for the edges of antagonism for awhile now. This reaction is not knee-jerk, but the final straw. |

I'm not necessarily a big fan of hers, but Meghan McCain makes a great point here. The media's doubling down in the past three years on either ignoring or belittling the conservative half of the country is doing great damage.

Just an observation, I've posted a couple relevant news articles in the past week in which were printed in media outlets hostile to Trump, one being CNN the other SF Gate. The CNN article was just filled with positive economic news ( Fn' SHOCKING from the leaders of #FakeNews) and the SF GATE running pro article on Trump crushing it on the courts... even SF's beloved crooked 9th circuit. Even better, and I only tape for the music acts is the tilt SNL has had the past two weeks making chuckle of the Democrats running and Pelosi. Back to back weeks now! Is reality finally settling in? Trump can only be portrayed as a monster by the media--even by the Canadians. Can't remind people that for 35 years before he announced for the presidency he was largely seen as a huge success story--albeit amidst some significant failings and various eccentricities.
