This video is 2 weeks old. This guy follows military flights going all over the word. Two weeks ago he pointed out fights flying around storms and how the government has blocked out the areas from other air travel. Nobody was planning the amount of water that came from hurricane Helene. Look at the floods in Europe and Middle East over the last 4 years.
He starts talking about the cloud seeding at 23:00.

Hurricane Milton has done two things that hurricane experts have never seen before.
1. Milton was going to hit Mexico but stopped and did a U turn and now is going to hit Florida.
2. Milton went from a category 1 to a category 4 in 12 hours.

Decades ago there was a lot of information declassified about the governments experiments in weather modification. Interesting stuff. It makes you wonder. Hit the red states.
