The e-mail just went out.
We are on a hiring freeze for the first time in 5 years. If someone quits we don't replace them. If thing don't look better by next month we start layoffs. Just last year we had a hiring bonus for new hiring. Now the applications are coming in.
We can't find paper to print on. We can't get ink and the ink we can get is 40% higher in price. Our fuel cost is up 200%. Our power cost are up 100%. Our insurance is up 80%.

like I have stated over and over, the cost of fuel will cause every aspect of the economy to be subject to higher inflation eventually killing the consumer....

maybe not news, but a dose of economic reality... a simple take that hits home, WTF has happened! We are at $7.00 a gallon and still climbing, 1.4% inflation which is historically low to over 8% now. Add mortgage rates going from 3% to 6% almost overnight...., mind blowing.

What not many people are talking about is that, while consumer prices have risen by 8.6%, the producer price index has gone up by 10.6%. That difference will get passed on soon, so you ain't seen nuthin' yet.
Also, why are food and fuel prices not included in the consumer price index when that is what most people spend their money on?

Sorry for harping on this: But don't forget the shortages. Wait until we have gas lines and rationing. Food lines perhaps. We will see.
OK, can you imagine 1970s gas lines and even and odd days? Amazon should be up in arms about the gas situation. What are their delivery people going to do, ride bikes? Jeff Bezos should come out against Biden and support DeSantis like Musk did. I would love to see a war of the Titans with Musk and Bezos on one side, and Gates, Fink, and the Facebook guy on the other.

Maybe it isn't deliberate... maybe he's actually that bad.

Maybe it isn't deliberate... maybe he's actually that bad. I think it's both. It's deliberate on the part of the puppetmasters behind Joe Biden who actually formulate the far leftist positions and policies that come out of this administration. And Biden is actuallly that bad because he lacks the mental faculties and moral strength to say anything other than the words that are put in front of him. It's the worst of both worlds.

I saw my first $7.00 fuel today. Chevron on the corner of Red Hill and MacArther.

On the other hand, I paid $5.85 at Costco two days ago.
