I think Beto was close to Cruz largely due to $80M of outside money and the fact that it was a midterm year. Trump will bring out the conservative voters of Texas in 2020.
"I came close in my Senate race" is not exactly a ringing endorsement for the V.P. nod.

1. They're going to complain that you cut and pasted too much information (err, truth).
2. Don't even bother. The occasional conservative stinkbombs are probably the only thing driving traffic to those threads on TOB.

But, in this case, we have seen the triggers and it has been Trump pulling them. |

Many seem to forget that when Obama took office the country was reeling from the crash of 2008/9 which was historic in perspective to the crash in 1929, the market from 2009 on had nowhere to go but up.

We should have a contest to see who can make the most Wabash-like post. Shouldn't be that hard as he only had three different varieties of posts, using the same words in various permutations.
But even that was an improvement. He used to have only two posts but he increased his repertoire to three after Donald Trump was elected.
I told him once he could save us all a lot of time if he would simply respond with "Post A" or "Post B" whenever he felt the need.......................Luca

Oh, and the Dow Jones Industrial Avg. is up 50% since the election of Donald Trump. A real disaster--just like TOB confidently predicted.
