Freshman Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) forced to apologize over repeated tweets of ant-Semitic tropes. Another new Congresswoman, Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), apparently once wrote an op-ed for Louis Farrakhan. Might be that Israel represents the biggest hurdle to a completely Muslim Middle East? If not for Israel, all we'd be reading about is Shiite v. Sunni wars, right?

This is a result of when you have representation within our government by representatives that have other lands and ideology supreme.
Trump in two years has done more for the Jewish community than most any other full termed president. It always is a shock to me that as much as the conservative side protects Israel and it’s people that the American Jewish voter remains in the Democratic voting rolls.
There is a slight possibility the Jewish vote will support Trumps Re-Election in a higher percentage in 2020.

Nothing other than a gut feeling, but I think this has more to do with Israel the ally in the Middle East, than it does capturing the Jewish vote.

Nothing other than a gut feeling, but I think this has more to do with Israel the ally in the Middle East, than it does capturing the Jewish vote. Of course, Israel is a huge ally in the region. However most Jewish Americans are deeply tied to their Jewish State, religion and heritage and anything that protects has their full attention. Whether that moves the election needle is yet to be seen. But I contend with what the Democrats are offering as far as Israel and the Middle East go as well as a big part of the Democratic Party now for a world of less faith I find it hard to believe from an election point of view Jewish Americans are really embracing the leftist party now. |
