There are likely very few people who take her seriously any longer. I really wish that were true, but in my gut I believe there are millions and millions of people who dote on her every word and see her as the future savior of this country. And that's not so much an indictment of her as it is a commentary on the rational intellect of a large percentage of American voters. |

One of the benefits of having a Twitter account is sight to the responses from her, and other's musings.
I think you're spot on MDD. Intuitively, I was in Lucas's camp of dismissing her ramblings as clear lunacy. But she's got a ton of followers who buy in to it. Millions isn't an exaggeration.

I don’t doubt that she has her supporters. I don’t have any idea how many and I’m not sure anyone does. But of course anybody who becomes a celebrity will have followers. The Kardashians have followers. It doesn’t follow that we’re all going to start going around with butt implants flooding cyberspace with countless duck face selfies.
When you read Twitter comments on someone’s account, they are usually going to be supportive because you have a preselected cohort that’s already interested in the celebrity in question. Many may not even like the celebrity in question but are merely interested in seeing what he or she has to say. It’s like those Physician ratings you can see on the Internet. Most responders are going to be patients of those physicians and therefore already favor that individual.
I’m less pessimistic than some of you seem. I cannot believe that there are decisive numbers of American adults who believe in “decarceration“, colonialist vegetable and the worker’s paradise.....................Luca

I’m not so sure millions of Twitter followers translates into millions who dote on her every word. I’m a follower of several whacks (though not her, specifically) like Fordama, (and the ass hat is free to tell him... butt he already knows) only for the entertainment value of the points they try to push. |

I'm no fan of Mark Zuckerberg, but you almost feel sorry for the guy for being subjected to the smarmy arrogance of Rep. Ayanna Pressley. What a nasty woman.

Christ, that video of AOC is only 22 seconds long, but it was enough to give me a headache. It's almost hard to believe she is bright enough to properly mix drinks when she was a bartender. She is absolutely a mindless twit, and her attempts to sound articulate and worthy of being taken seriously have become truly pathetic.
