In the interests of total transparency, we have also loaded up on transfers since the end of last season. We have added a pudgy second-string kicker, and a 5'5" Vietnamese freshman quarterback. While neither of them ever " had any interest in attending Mater Dei", we figured they would put us over the top and sent our " poachers" out in the dead of night to " snatch them up" from their original schools. Kickoffs were an issue last season so I’m glad to see we are at least addressing our needs  |

Not an xfer, but the freshman Q enrolling at MD seems really good.
Will be interesting to see who leaves, Leinart or him.

Those two families are in for a major culture shock when they make the move. The center of Miami where that school is located is not exactly like the mean streets of Rancho Santa Margarita and Los Alamitos.

Griffins in trouble on D with that loss in the middle. Was a big part of shutting down MD offense in the semis.
