I heard today that Governor Gavin Newsom is writing a children's book that covers dyslexia (which he claims he suffers from). I find that to be great news, not only from the point that children with learning disabilities will now have a hero to look up to, but that it means all of the problems in our state have been solved. It is so wonderful that our esteemed ruler has done such a great job governing the state that he now has time to focus on side projects. Hopefully, this foray into the arts will lead to Newsom starting a media company that fills our airwaves with the wonderful ideas that sprout from his brain. After all, once you have cured California's ills, you may as well look to fix the world.
It is a personal pet peeve of mine when politicians spend time & energy that should be focused on the position they were elected for and instead use it to run for another office or do personal pet side projects. Only in the public sector can a paid employee get away with that crap. I do realize that some executive positions allow leeway where side projects can be melded with doing the peoples work, but a majority of the time, the politician in question has just abandoned his responsibilities.
I fully understand time away from work to rest and stay mentally fresh, but people like Newsom do these side projects or run for office in place of doing their job.
So Gavin, you stupid chunk of hair, I'm sorry you can't get the letters on paper to line up correctly in your head. Let me give you some news that even you won't find confusing: this state is going down the toilet. There are problems that must be faced, addressed and solved in order for California to regain its Golden State status. Knock off the author act, wipe that smug grin from your face and don't stop working until those problems are fixed, you moron.
