I think I'm going to see if I can get out of state license plates for my car.

"San Francisco's Board of Supervisors has passed a resolution declaring the National Rifle Association (NRA) a "domestic terrorist organization" following the shooting in Gilroy, Calif., where four people, including the gunman, were killed.
The resolution, which local Fox affiliate KTVU reported passed on Tuesday, declares the gun rights group to be a terrorist organization and calls on other cities and government entities to make similar declarations. The resolution itself has no legal weight.
The resolution argues that the group "musters its considerable wealth and organizational strength to promote gun ownership and incite gun owners to acts of violence."" ~ The Hill
According to this group of city supervisors the NRA uses it might, muscle and money to incite violence by gun owners. Can we clarify that a gun owner is one whom legally buys and posses the arm? Or is the NRA making the gangs and drug dealers in the inner cities more apt to pull the trigger... Leftist Loons of SF.

I think I read somewhere that none, as in not one, of these shootings was committed by an NRA member.
But it's OK to be a member of antifa.
Carry on.
Hopefully the NRA sues the city of SF for defamation...assuming an organization has such rights.

The resolution itself has no legal weight.
The resolution argues that the group "musters its considerable wealth and organizational strength to promote gun ownership and incite gun owners to acts of violence."" ~ The Hill The resolution itself also has no logical gravitas, either, not that this has ever posed an obstacle in San Francisco. I wonder where they get the " incite gun owners to acts of violence" from. If they mean that simply promoting gun ownership itself promotes acts of violence and designates you a terrorist, then the same logic would seem to apply to car dealerships - which promote car ownership - in a country where over 50,000 people per year are killed in motor vehicle accidents and road rage. There are approximately 17,000 new car dealerships and 200,000 used car dealerships in the United States and they employ multiple people per dealership. We are now talking over 1,000,000 newly designated terrorists in the US.........and we haven't even started talking about cutlery stores and knife ownership. I need a safe space. You know, every now and then I start to doubt my own conclusions and reevaluate the validity of my reasoning. But then I read Orwellian horseshit like this and it reassures me that I was probably right all along. In a way, I owe a debt of gratitude to the San Francisco city council.......................................Luca

Planned Parenthood kills 1,000 unborn babies every day, 365 days a year.
The NRA has killed no one, yet it is the one "inciting violence."
Got it.

I think I read somewhere that none, as in not one, of these shootings was committed by an NRA member. . In addition to that, no shooter has ever said he was inspired by the NRA. Probably because the NRA promotes safe gun use, not random mass killings. Mental illness is at the head of the line as for the causes of two of the more visible & talked about concerns in society, mass shootings & homelessness. However, those on the left avoid doing anything to address mental illness and instead attack false, simplistic causes. The cynic in me believes they act this way because addressing the mental health issues in the country would reveal how many on the left have mental illness and how a huge percentage of those who are mentally ill have a left leaning ideology.

Who wouldn't be considered "mentally ill" that is capable of murdering innocents?

Nancy Pelosi’s region...
🤗SURPRISE
YET ANOTHER pointless, meaningless gesture. I’m thrilled they also encourage other cities to make similar pointless, meaningless gestures.

Everything the left does or supports is for the sole purpose of making them feel better about themselves. Passing a resolution that carries no weight is the perfect example.

I recently heard the term “virtue signaling“. This refers to making some pointless, effortless gesture designed to demonstrate your virtue to all. It’s an interesting term and it’s appropriate here ................Luca

So now we have a term for it.
Except to make it sound more sophisticated we should add some Latin roots. You’re a “virtuphile” if you make “virtuphilic” gestures. Or, conversely, a “malignophobe” if you ostentatiously condemn evil.
