I would think after the riots of 2016 pushed Trump voters to the polls the democrats would have called for calm before this election. Yesterday a 7 year old boy was attacked for holding a Trump flag. May, June, July had the greatest numbers of firearm background checks in history. Just a few months ago people were being pulled from their cars in Santa Monica and beaten in the street for being white.

But they can’t deviate from the playbook. the playbook mandates that civil and economic instability causes voters to oust the incumbent. This is why we see various civil “disturbances” in earnest in election years. there have been exceptions, of course, but civil unrest and economic instability are tools in their chest. |

Also, that is at a point in time where more people are home & there is less available to do outside the home, yet a 33% drop in viewership.
It will be interesting to see if Trumps numbers drop the same amount or are different.
