Climate change has gotten so bad that the oceans are rising twice a day, only to recede back when some folks on the left turn off their appliances.
It is a constant battle with nature...

Fordama cannot (maybe will not, but experience strongly supports the former) answer me. Local “Climate Strike” kids cannot even acknowledge I’m asking a question that is not rhetorical. But, maybe one of you can. Since we are going to be overwhelmed inside of 12 years, and one of the key factors is purported to be rising sea levels because of the melting polar ice caps, how high have the oceans risen since Al Gore told us we only have 10 years to live (25 or so years ago)? Anyone? Anyone? You know the answer has to somewhere near ZERO, or else the news would be blaring across every network and newspaper in the nation 24/7. |

Is it me, or does it seem like there's a race for ridiculososity when trying to make a point? First there's the great idea of wearing a vagina hat, screaming at the sky, blah blah blah, and now this.

In fact, he will tell you whether or not you ask him, he has an advanced degree in Math which, I think I recall, came from Azusa Pacific College. So he’s no dummy. it therefore puzzles me why he has not considered that factor or why, now that I’ve asked it, he won’t answer. I wonder sometimes if he considers himself an antagonist conservative: Posing these ridiculous liberal thought processes just to show the rest of us how ridiculous it really is. |

Nah Credo... There's a third group that's laughing at the notion that a 16 yr old would be given any credibility whatsoever regarding climate change, let alone be given a platform at the UN to speak about it. Count me in that group.

I thought this was parody. She’s serious, and so are the people promoting her. How dare I?
She reminds me of Dan Akroyd’s melodramatics on some of his SNL skits. I see stuff like this and I hope when archeologists in the next millennium sift around our civilization’s ruins they don’t come across this. They’ll label us all as Pre-morons.....................Luca

What is even more rich is that it has been reported that she has Autism. Based on her speech habits, I find that hard to believe, but now folks love to claim disabilities as a shield from criticism. If she wants to identify as autistic, more power to her. It just means the left now wants to be led by a 16 year old autistic girl while simultaneously trying to destroy a 70 something successful businessman who has a 3 year track record of improving this country. Talk about wanting to replace something that works with something that sounds good.
When my daughter was 16, as a way to torment her mother, she announced that she wanted to be adopted by another family. Rather than take her seriously and have her speak in front of the U.N., I laughed at her and made her call the person who she claimed she wanted to be adopted by. When she heard the request, hat person laughed as well.

I almost forgot about the looming ice age of the 70's. It'd be interesting to see if there were any retractions from then, and how today's climate change advocates are differentiating themselves from that group.
