It would really shake things up if she switched parties and replaced Mike Pence on the ticket. I know there's a constituency on this board who seems to think that tens of millions of conservative voters would be more than happy to dump Donald Trump if only there were an acceptable alternative on the Republican side. I'm sorry to say this theory was contradicted during the 2016 GOP primary season, when there were fifteen perfectly acceptable and conventional candidates in the race. Trump trumped them all because the voters instinctively felt that he was the one who was most taking their concerns seriously and that he was the only one who could stand up to and defeat Hillary Clinton. And he will win re-election because those same voters see that only he (warts and all) could have withstood the onslaught of vicious contempt heaped upon him since November 2016 and that he is practically the only person in the GOP who is willing to call out the Left for it's dirty and dishonest tactics. Go help us if any of the current crop of Democrats ever gets to occupy the Oval Office.

But could I vote for a Gabbard/Pence ticket? Possibly a Pence/Gabbard ticket... Reality check for fantastical notions of Tulsi being even remotely acceptable to Republican/conservative voters: You’re right. I withdraw the speculation. But, I do still think this is all part of the act setting Hillary up to steal the convention.

That thought occurred to me also. But I wondered how that would look, since there are already Republican women who are deserving.Yeah, but they'e homelier. I wouldn't call Nikki Haley, the 2024 Republican nominee for president, homely. She isn't a runway model like our first lady, but there is nothing negative about her appearance.

Tulsi's latest shot in her tussle with Crooked Hillary. Ouch! I still smell stage lights, in all this fuss. i believe they will bury the hatchet at the convention (assuming Gabbard makes it that far, and she will IF this is part of a plan). while I do enjoy her shots across Clinton’s Cankles, I believe we are being set up.

This is all too simply good to be true... the media again paling all over itself on its reporting, or is it lying? Not understanding....? Turns out Hillary Clinton said Republicans — not Russians — were grooming Tulsi Gabbardwww.marketwatch.com/story/turns-out-hillary-clinton-said-republicans-not-russians-were-grooming-tulsi-gabbard-2019-10-24?siteid=yhoof2&yptr=yahoo
In a curious turn of events, a number of major news organizations ran corrections Wednesday night over week-old reports that sparked a testy war of words between Hillary Clinton and Democratic presidential candidate Rep. Tulsi Gabbard.
Last week, a number of media organizations, including the New York Times, CNN and Politico, ran reports saying Clinton told the podcast “Campaign HQ with David Plouffe” that Russians were “grooming” a female Democratic candidate — widely assumed to be Gabbard — for a third-party run to play a potential spoiler in the 2020 election.
But apparently Clinton meant Republicans — not Russians — were doing the grooming.
Seriously.... get your stories and facts straight! And some of the comments following the article are priceless....,
"It was unclear Wednesday night how so many news reports misunderstood Clinton’s quote, or why it took so long to clarify the remarks."
News reports did not misunderstand Clinton's quote, they reported what she said. Clinton misunderstands what she is saying." ~ Buddy Russell
"It turns out that HIllary didn't actually say that people who voted for Trump were "deplorables". No, actually she said that they were "adorables". ~ Robert Laden

I'm not a big fan of CNN and the N.Y. Times, but I can understand their mistake. After all, Russians and Republicans both start with an R, so it is easy to confuse them. In the same way, I often confuse Democrats with Dumbshits.

But apparently Clinton meant Republicans — not Russians — were doing the grooming.
Yet she followed up the Gabbard comments by saying that Jill Stein was also a Russian asset. So no, Clinton did not mean Republican, she meant Russian and showed that with her followup remark. It is interesting how Hillary has problems with 2 types of people - Women who are better looking than her (yea, 98% of the population) and men who bed other women while married. Considering that no man has ever made a pass at her since she became Mrs. Clinton, I believe her underlying problem comes from being fugly & unwanted.

I'm halfway thru Tulsi's book For Love of Country, and I absolutely love it and highly recommend to you all.
She is on point with all the issues we've recently faced and are currently facing.
I recall her Presidential debate thinking she stood out, and thru this book was made aware of the crap Google pulled right after the debate.
I don't say this often, but this is a must read.

I think she would be great with Trump. I like them both. She is really good friends with Tucker. Tucker likes Trump. You are reading the book, my question is: Do you think she would be willing to serve with Trump as VP? Unlike conservatives and liberals, I know she don't like war. Trump was an outsider and didn't fit in with the Republican party. She was an outsider and didn't fit in with the Democrats. I think she is great.
