Yep. The Democrats spent hundreds of millions to flip state houses and Senate seats....and came up with goose eggs. And despite five straight years of non-stop hysterical (and utterly false) claims from the Left that Trump and his supporters are racist / bigot / Nazis he earned the highest share of the non-white vote of any Republican in 60 years. Funny that. Plus the GOP gained seats in the House of Representatives. So much for the Blue Wave.

What I find telling is your lack of concern for the fact that the Republicans control 60% of state legislatures even though they regularly get less than 50% of the votes...you don't have a problem with corruption...unless its done by Democrats of course.

Now THIS is a real witness to the FRAUD in Philadelphia. This is being spread all over Twitter and Facebook, PROVING that the Biden campaign cheated! Nice red herring you got there. Wherever you found this image it is clearly a fake meme created by a Lefty that is easily falsifiable and thus designed to be spread by liberals--exactly as you have done here--to discredit actual claims of fraud that have been asserted in affidavits in PA, MI, and WI. You need to do better on this site than to try to slip a 78 mph hanging curve past this bunch..... This is exhausting. as smart as they want everyone to believe they are, they cave to such ludicrous examples. The intelligent ones are too busy rolling their eyes at this supposed “evidence,” we’re afraid our eyes will get stuck like that (just like our mothers told us they would)... one has to wonder when... or if... they’ll just quit such vapid efforts.

There were 1,465 new deaths from COVID-19 yesterday, the most since July 30th.
'Course, Trump never mentions that at all.
There are times that I just want to say, "Can't you think about someone other than yourself for just one minute of your miserable, wretched life?"
And he can't. He literally can't think about anyone but himself. Nobody in this world matters to him but him, and he doesn't give a fuck about the American people.
Damn, it will be nice to have a president who's a grownup again in January. Someone who doesn't owe $400 million to the Russians and does whatever Putin tells him to do. Someone who doesn't tell a dozen lies before breakfast every morning just to get warmed up for the day. Someone who cares about the people in this great nation.

What would a liberal stank know about caring. all you’ve shown here since you joined is you can hate, and you’ve dripped hatred since day 1. You win. You go to the outhouse hole with vile butt-boy. Have fun. As lame as I am, you don5 even merit any further response from me.

If you're really an attorney like you claim, you should know that words are important, and the statement you made above is inaccurate, either intentionally or out of ignorance. Those people died AND happened to test positive for COVID. There is no way of knowing, in the middle of the influenza season, whether or not COVID was the proximate cause of those deaths. And since we don't routinely test for influenza virus, it's the perfect cover for claiming a significant uptick in "COVID deaths" for political reasons. Even a first-year law student would know that, counselor.

Outside of the legal profession and the parallel insurance claims industry, I don’t run across many people who use the term “proximate cause” appropriately. well done.

There were 1,465 new deaths from COVID-19 yesterday, the most since July 30th. Based on the loose guidelines for COVID death reporting, (1) you have no idea what the actual or proximate cause of death is for these people; (2) that's how many deaths were reported yesterday--not how many died yesterday; because of delays in reporting these were likely strung out over a 2-3 week period. 'Course, Trump never mentions that at all. You assume he should be giving a daily report? The media does a fine job of blaring that already--which they've never done in years when the seasonal flu killed upwards of 80,000 people. There are times that I just want to say, "Can't you think about someone other than yourself for just one minute of your miserable, wretched life?" LAME and LAZY ad hominem that is utterly devoid of reasoned argument or imagination. And he can't. He literally can't think about anyone but himself. Nobody in this world matters to him but him, and he doesn't give a fuck about the American people. (see above)Damn, it will be nice to have a president who's a grownup again in January. NAME ONE SINGLE DEMONSTRABLE LIE TOLD BY DONALD TRUMP SINCE HE WAS ELECTED PRESIDENT. Name one in 2020. This should be easy since you allege a dozen just every morning before breakfast. (If you even try the inauguration "crowd size" I'm going to laugh you off this site.)

Dave, I worked in the medical device industry for over 30 years, and both my son and his wife are nurses, so "proximate cause of death" has become second nature for me to invoke. And both of them have seen everything from sudden massive heart attacks to motorcycle riders who crashed into a tree listed as COVID deaths merely because they tested positive for the virus when they died. We've discussed the financial inducements for listing them as such more than a few times.
I'm starting to get the uneasy feeling that Foggy is an attorney like I'm the Speaker of the House.

I should add to my list, “Anyone who has faced the possibility of a lawsuit” but I’m still impressed you used it correctly... takes me back to my Claims days. 👍

Bick, he absolutely can't make that differentiation, because the reported statistics don't.

Bick, he absolutely can't make that differentiation, because the reported statistics don't. Do any other countries in the world offer a financial incentive for reported covid cases? Has the overall death rate by all causes increased so far this year? I'm no MD, but it seems to me the mortality rate by all causes was LESS in Q1-20 than it was in Q1-18. And with all these "covid" deaths. www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/mortality-dashboard.htm#

Bick, he absolutely can't make that differentiation, because the reported statistics don't. But for reasons passing understanding...you can. Brilliant reasoning.
