"IMO feminism has to be intersectional and trans-inclusive."
Honestly, when I first read that sentence from Dr. Shaw, I assumed she was using dictation software and actually said "intersexual". Even Luca would have understood that.

Isn't the answer to the question as simple as two letters: XX? As opposed to XY?

Is that Latin for "every possible mental illness related to gender confusion will be granted its own gender"?

I blame Caesars Magical Empire for today's transgenderism movement.

Finally some good news. Looks like Title 9 has been amended. I wonder where the first transgender scholarship athlete will be on a girl's team

From MDDad on a different thread:
Instead, the California legislature is debating bills that would teach gender identity and gender confusion beginning in kindergarten.
Speaking of kindergarten, perhaps the legislators can simply watch the 1990 film Kindergarten Cop. The question of gender was ably answer there by a five-year-old.

Spoiler alert: no one can have a male "sex" and a female "gender", or vice-versa. 40 trillion cells that declare XX or XY chromosome don't lie.

This "girl" is now racking up wins and breaking girls track records.

I heard the last 30 seconds of a radio discussion this morning, so I'm not sure I heard it right. Apparently Pennsylvania has passed, or is in the process of passing, a law that would allow high school boys who identify as girls (at least periodically) to take female P.E. classes, which would include using the female locker rooms and showers. If that is correct, it's one of the most outlandish pieces of legislation I've ever heard of. Have we gone completely insane?

It's why I'll vote for him again, because if he loses, we are back on that preposterous path again.

He's in office now, and we're on that "preposterous path" anyway. It's like some states have inhaled some kind of aerosol lunacy spray.

Think of how much scarier that would be, with a Supreme Court consisting of three conservatives and six "progressive" justices, which we would now have if Trump had lost.

Think of how much scarier that would be, with a Supreme Court consisting of three conservatives and six "progressive" justices, which we would now have if Trump had lost. And...no sooner had I typed the above post, I heard the SCOTUS refused to take up a case against a Pennsylvania school district that had accommodated transgender students demands to use the bathroom of the gender they identify with. The suit was by conservative Christian groups backing students who felt embarrassed and confused by the transgender students in their locker room. One was even graded lower in P.E. class for refusing to change clothes in the locker room. The good news is that this doesn't set a national legal precedent. Perhaps the justices were waiting for a more substantial case.
