Biden wasn't the govt at the time, right?
Election interference seems to fall on the shoulders of the collusion between Twitter and the DNC. I don't know if that's illegal.
However, the suppression of dissenting viewpoints surrounding Covid vaccines under the guise of misinformation would be if it was found to be directed by the govt.

Good point. If the FBI contacted Twitter, that is a violation. If there is evidence of that, like what Zuckerberg said, then... then... the AG probably wont prosecute anyway....

I heard James woods say he was going to sue the DNC for instructing Twitter to shut down his account.
Not sure how it's something you could sue for. It's unethical as all hell, but I'm not sure there's much to get there.
Even in the court of public opinion, the lines seem drawn as usual. Let that sink in, we can't even agree about whether something that blatant is ethical.

I stand behind this premise, with the change to Twitter it has opened the floodgates of truth, discussion and free speech. To what ever degree, the inability of the left to have total control of the narrative has put cracks in many a dam, mostly with regard to Covid, the CDC and now Biden.
