Anyone listen to Leo Terrell here on the radio or now see him on Fox? This guy as well went from a hard lefty to an outspoken righty...., voices! I've really enjoyed political and social conservatives who can articulate their positions calmly and intelligently ever since I first heard William F. Buckley. Over the years, they have included Dennis Prager, Thomas Sowell, Ben Shapiro and Michael Knowles. But Leo Terrell is an embarrassing buffoon with his hystrionics and over-the-top cartoonish rants. I can't listen to him for more than a minute or two before I turn to something else. And I often put Dan Bongino in the same leaking boat.

Leo 2.0. What a cartoonish character with his red hat. I've often turned to my wife and bet her that his voice is bought by the highest bid and how long will it be until he's a Dem again. I like Dan Bongino, he has an excellent podcast.

I enjoy a break every now and then. I listen regularly to the Ben Shapiros and the Dennis Prayers, but I can also laugh at some of those others' antics.

Agree, the LEO 2.0 version of the man is politically different but style the same, I just find it interesting the FLIP these guys have taken..., I use to go to sleep at night listening to his show followed by Larry Elder years ago. They were polar opposites... Terrell a lawyer made some good points even as a staunch Democrat. Over about a 2 year span I started to se him slip in the sense he would no longer defend a liberal position or actually sound honest and take a conservative position, the Trump comes along and the guy is LEO 2.0 and eats the left for lunch everyday.
I see the same thing with Maher, whom I always thought was quite vile, clever for sure but just a nasty guy. Yet that is beginning to take on a bizarre turn, as if he saw the light.
Although the liberals control most of the mainstream media, talk radio, and streaming/podcasts are fairing very well for the conservative voice. In the afternoons I really enjoy John & Ken KFI 640 2-6 pm, funny stuff and on point. John Phillips is excellent too, his "Fix California" Show at 1 pm on KABC is great. Shapiro is also on in the afternoon, I agree with his takes but I cant get through his show with that whiney little voice.
I still see Tucker Carlson's opening monologue as the most important listen each day, so spot on and puts the real and most important issue to the largest audience. In another sense, different style I find Joe Rogans podcast the most important show online, streaming....
All this is off topic, my take was those media guys whom have flipped ideology in some strange fashion of late....

I like Dan Bongino, he has an excellent podcast. I can't stand Bongino's high-pitched, whining, hysterial rants and his silly, childish namecalling.

I agree with all of that stuff SK. I listed to Larry for decades. I have respect for LEO 2.0. John & Ken are right on nearly everything. I can only take Shapiro for a short period of time (can you imagine listing to him at 1.25 speed). And Tucker is by far the best show - a must watch. I DVR it and he does have nuggets later in the show, but the first topic is always critical. During the 2016 campaign I watched the MSM in the evening and wondered why anyone would vote for Trump. And then I would listen to Sam Nation on the weekends and was blown away by how much stuff was hidden on the MSM. I knew the MSM were bad, but wow, have they gotten worse. Over the past few years, my wife and I don't even watch them any more. We feel like we are wasting our time listening to propaganda. Speaking of that: 1984 is on prime. I started watching it again, first time since it came out.

So far in 2022 Bill Maher a champion of the left has not only been a big critic of his party and its direction, but he simply is starting to sound off and support more conservation rationale.... truly amazing.

When a national political commentator has the influence Bongino has, I guess I just expect him to conduct himself more like an adult, not a five-year-old. Calling the president of the United States "a stinking, rotting bag of oatmeal" is not a guy I want to listen to. And as for his 2.2 million followers, Kim Kardashian has 237 million followers on Instagram alone, so I don't put much stock on a person's follower count.

I think Bongino has a good slot in the dialogue, the free market of media expression... his style, not totally my cup of tea.... and like Trump, not totally my cup of tea on style... yet he is on point. So MDDad , who pretty much is at dismayed, downtrodden on any cheer leader of what i believe are his is own positions... who is your voice, who is your guy, dude or dudette?

I just wish those guys would lose the theatrics...Bongino, Terrell, etc. They lose credibility when they go there, just like trump did. Their style is actually a detriment to their substance.

Unfortunately, the Republican party is full of a lot of people who don't, or won't fight back. You may not like his whiny voice ( my wife says the same thing btw), but I feel we need patriots who will fight back and you can't deny how emotional he gets. I support him. Since President Biden stands at the pulpit and calls us racists and white supremists every chance he gets, a " stinking rotting bag of oatmeal" is far less than what Biden dishes out.

I will agree with you on Leo 2.0.I mention to my wife that I believe Terrell will support the highest bidder. We'll see.
