BREAKING NEWS: Federal court judge in Pennsylvania throws Rudy Giuliani's garbage in the garbage can. Case dismissed, no permission to file an amended complaint, the judge was insulted by the stupidity and lack of evidence shown by Giuliani.
Rudy G. spent more than 3 hours in court arguing this case on Tuesday, and today he filed a brief more than 30 pages long in support of his case.
The judge told him to GTFO of his court.
Oh well, in two weeks Sidney the Deranged Lady says she might have some, y'know ... actual evidence.
Or, maybe not. Probably not. It's OVER.
Trump LOST.

Just like Vile Pagan and his " 'Republicans' against Trump" videos. Did anybody actually watch those? What's that? You say you want more videos?...I was being nice, but ok, if you insist...here you go Pro Fessor...

In case the Trump campaign files lawsuits in Federal court to challenge the certifications of any of the key contested states--states that happened to violate Article II of the Constitution by making changes concerning the electing of the President outside the approval of their state legislatures--this might be relevant: I continue to pray that God will deliver us from evil, and, I know that, even at this late stage, He can make this right, if it is His Will. Regarding the new assignments you listed above, I would imagine Chief Justice Roberts is the one who made those assignments, which could not be any more favorable to us if we chose them ourselves. That would lead me to believe that Roberts is sympathetic to our cause here also.

Have you noticed how Trump lawsuits are getting tossed so quickly? Much to the delight of the left. They don't see the forest through the trees. Trump is playing Chess, not Checkers. The quicker these lower courts dispose of these suits, the quicker they can get to the US Supreme Court, which is the goal. Time is short here, and they need to move this along. Why would you want to drag out the lower court cases if you're Trump? Take a dive in the lower courts, and advance.

Yeah Pro Fessor, the more trump loses in court the bigger his legal genius...reality sucks so just pretend it's different. Go ahead and imagine the SC would even consider hearing this case much less step in and reverse the will of the people. A pipe dream. The SC wouldn't even hear this case. Just out of curiosity, how long before you admit he lost? Are you going to spend the next four years crying and whining about the "stolen election"?

Sidney the Deranged Lady, thrown under the bus! Cats and dogs, living together! Complete chaos!
I think it was either 1) because she said Brian Kemp should be criminally investigated for being bribed by Dominion, or 2) saying that Kelly Loeffler shouldn't be in the runoff, but Collins should.
Either way, some Republican called up Trump and said, "You better get this bitch off my neck, or you're going to find that I'm not a good person to have as an enemy."
Darn it, I'm gonna miss that lady. She was just about to go psychobiblical on Georgia, too!

Do you deny that there was any fraud in the recent Presidential election that benefited Joe Biden? 2. Do you deny the possibility that the Democrats were willing to commit fraud in order to defeat Donald Trump on November 3?

1. Do you deny that there was any fraud in the Presidential election that benefited Joe Biden? 2. Do you deny the possibility that the Democrats were willing to commit fraud in order to defeat Donald Trump on November 3? I'm convinced there was fraud in this election that benefited Biden, but I'm also convinced there is some level of fraud in every presidential election we've ever had. It's human nature. I also admit that some Democrats in powerful positions must have been willing to commit fraud to defeat Trump. What I don't believe is that any of that was of sufficient magnitude to change the outcome. Actually, there are two things that make me scratch my head. One is that when a sitting president wants to challenge the results of an election, how could he be so stupid as to put together a team of legal buffoons like Trump did? And how could he appoint Rudy Giuliani, a man who hasn't practiced law in over 30 years, to head that effort? The second is the insistence of many people on believing that Trump still has a chance to reverse the outcome. Some of those people are on this forum. Remember those Butterball turkeys years ago that had the pop-up plastic thermometers to indicate when the bird was cooked? Well, Trump is one of those turkeys and his pop-up has popped up. He's done. There were at some tremendous positives for the GOP in this election, which I'll try to articulate later, and it would behoove conservatives to put there efforts into furthering those things than continue to harp about Trump losing.

Darn it, I'm gonna miss that lady. She was just about to go psychobiblical on Georgia, too! Cliff Clavin alert. First of all, Sidney Powell is smarter and more accomplished that probably most of us here put together. An alternative--and rational--interpretation of the recent statement by the Trump campaign: 1. The fact that Sidney Powell is not being paid by the Trump campaign has no bearing on possible election fraud in the Presidential election. 2. She is free to pursue allegations of fraud involving Republicans--including GA Gov. Brian Kemp--in a way that would be politically difficult if she being employed by the Trump campaign. 3. She's still representing Gen. Flynn against the Executive branch and it might be a conflict of interest to also be representing the Executive branch in the election cases. Yes, I'm sure Donald Trump--the President of the United States who just received (at least) 73 million votes--just lays down when "some Republican" calls to complain. But you go on bruising my delicate feelings.

Trump could file lawsuits--or he could do what Barack Obama did: illegally spy on the incoming administration, falsely accuse a 3-star general of being a Russian agent, and stay in D.C. to direct a four-year effort to undermine the legitimacy of a Presidential election.
Anyone who characterizes this effort as a "threat to democracy" might want to brush up on the Constitution.

It becomes more clear if you assume that the arguments being made by trump and his henchmen aren't meant for consumption by the courts but rather these arguments are meant to appeal to the die-hard partisans and the intellectually challenged among you. Trump's legal team doesn't make these arguments in court because they have no evidence to support such wild claims and there would be legal consequences for making false filings in a court of law. At any rate I'm enjoying the dumpster fire that is trump's legal team.

Nice job reposting a doctored picture of Obama. This is the sort of nonsense that convinces people you're just a lying sack of shit.

As we begin the next week in the process, here's where it stands:
1. Biden won the election by 6 million votes. He's ahead in the electoral vote, 306 to 232.
2. After 34 lawsuits, the Trump legal team has been unable to get a single vote disqualified. They prevented a tiny few votes from being counted, but not enough to change the outcome in any state.
3. The only voter who has been disenfranchised is Sidney the Deranged Lady: She's not able to vote on Trump's legal strategy any more, having been rudely thrown off the team.
4. States are already certifying their results. Pennsylvania is supposed to certify today.
5. Trump has been unable to change the outcome in even ONE state. But he needs to change the outcome in at least THREE states in order to steal the election from Joe Biden.
6. There is zero chance the Supreme Court is going to step in on Rooty G.'s lawsuit in Pennsylvania.
7. It's really fun to watch the Trumpanzees losing their minds and crying about him losing like a losing loser. It's going to be a little boring after January 20, when Biden is inaugurated.
8. I read that in the State of New York, there are 67 indictments waiting for Trump to become a private citizen again. That evil motherfucker is going to prison. I just hope they let him tweet from his prison cell. That will be very entertaining!
