Biden has confused Iraq for Ukraine twice in the last 24 hours

President Joe Biden has mistakenly said "Iraq" when meant "Ukraine" twice in the last day.
On Tuesday night, he referred to the "onslaught on Iraq" at a fundraiser in Maryland.
On Wednesday morning, he said Putin is "clearly losing the war in Iraq."
On two separate occasions in the last 24 hours, President Joe Biden has mistakenly referred to Ukraine as "Iraq."
On Wednesday morning, as Biden spoke with a group of reporters outside the White House before departing for Chicago, a reporter asked the president if he believed Russian President Vladimir Putin had been weakened by recent events in Russia, including an abortion rebellion by the leader of the Wagner mercenary group, Yevgeny Prigozhin.
"It's hard to tell," Biden replied. "But he's clearly losing the war in Iraq. He's losing the war at home. And he has become a bit of a pariah around the world."
It wasn't the first time he'd made the error.
On Tuesday night, at a fundraiser in Chevy Chase, Maryland, Biden referred to Ukraine as "Iraq" when touting the unity of NATO in the aftermath of the Russian invasion, according to a White House transcript of his remarks.
"If anybody told you — and my staff wasn't so sure, either — that we'd be able to bring all of Europe together in the onslaught on Iraq and get NATO to be completely united, I think they would have told you it's not likely," said Biden. "The one thing Putin counted on was being able to split NATO."
It comes after several polls have shown that voters have concerns about Biden's mental and physical health, and a majority of voters believe he is too old to run for re-election.
The White House did not immediately respond to Insider's request for comment.

He's done. There is no way the Democrat Party will nominate him again next year. Look for Trump-Newsom in the championship game, which means the campaign will set new records for bragging and lying on both sides.
