He essentially blames both parties and everyone in all 3 branches. When I was a kid, I had an uncle you owned a chicken ranch for the purpose of selling the eggs. He also raised a few pigs, and when the chickens got too old to lay, he would kill them and throw the carcasses into the pigpen to feed the hogs. One day, several chickens somehow got loose from their cages, made their way into the pig enclosure, and got themselves killed and almost completely eaten. Much like both parties and all three branches, it was impossible for my uncle to figure out which pig to blame. He just assumed they were all part of the killing spree, and he was probably right. Both parties and all three branches are pigs and equally to blame. |
