I will treat you to a glimpse into my fantasy-thinking:

In 2022, Donald Trump runs for Congress in Florida's 21st Congressional District against Congresswoman Lois Frankel. He wins! And Republicans make a big comeback, re-gaining the majority in both the House and Senate. Trump then becomes Speaker of the House, and impeaches both President Biden and Vice President Harris. In presidential order of secession, Trump is appointed as President. He then runs for re-election in 2024. And that is how President Trump gets 10 years in office!

FEC Decides Not to Review Trump’s Role in Stormy Daniels Payments

A split Federal Election Commission said it won’t pursue a complaint that former President Donald Trump violated campaign finance rules when his lawyer tried to buy an adult film actress’s silence before the 2016 presidential election.

The commission’s decision, made public Thursday, was the result of a deadlock between Republican and Democratic members during a meeting in February. Four of the six commissioners must agree to proceed with an action.

Trump will serve as the lead plaintiff in the class-action suit, claiming he has been wrongfully censored by the companies, according to a person familiar with the action. The person spoke on condition of anonymity to share details ahead of the announcement.

Under Section 230 of the 1996 Communications Decency Act, internet companies are generally exempt from liability for the material that users post. The law, which provides a legal “safe harbor” for internet companies, also allows social media platforms to moderate their services by removing posts that, for instance, are obscene or violate the services’ own standards, so long as they are acting in “good faith.”

But Trump and other politicians have long argued that Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms have abused that protection and should lose their immunity — or at least have to earn it by satisfying requirements set by the government.

Yes, and I also expect the lawsuit won't go anywhere. Trump's lawsuits rarely do. At least he got some new lawyers, that should increase his chances...the ones he got to "Stop The Steal" were pretty incompetent.

if facebook etc is licensed by the govt (and they are) they cant discriminate. if they want to be pvt,,,they can leave the country . maybe one of those old pirate ships
