Republicans recoiled Wednesday night and Thursday morning over a bill some Democrats are proposing to pack the Supreme Court, calling it an "assault" on judicial independence. But they also predicted that the move would prove unpopular and help Republicans in the midterm elections. "Democrats are launching a full assault on the independence of the federal judiciary. I can't understand how the Left would entrust this hack to do anything. Both of his last attempts just made the Left look worse, and were an embarrassment. Case in point: His committee grilling William Barr where he turned the tables on Nadler and made him look like a fool, and his assignment as an impeachment manager, in one of their failed attempts to impeach Trump. Nadler has got to be one of the biggest idiots in Congress, and he just keeps coming back for more.

How much more fitting could it be that a bill involving "packing" would be sponsored by Jerry Nadler? If this guy tips the scales at three bills, 290 of it must be crap. |

I really enjoyed the clip of him standing on the dais with Pelosi and seems to have been thinking he was squeezing out a fart, but craps his pants. |

1. On such a justification then Congress needs to expand by ten-fold so that each member of the House of Representatives has a constituency more in line with what the founders intended. 2. Jerry Nadler himself has expanded to about the size of a small country. |

It figures the penguin is putting this forward. The court has been 5-4 or more in their favor for how long? And it switches to 4-5 and they are panicking.
