Just got my 2021 edition of the OC Football book - thanks for the tip MDD.
If Los Al sweeps league again this year, it would be the longest perfect league championship streak since Anaheim '52-56.

Just remember the stats sections for players and coaches include the 5-game 2021 spring season, but not the 2021 fall season we just concluded.

Winning every league game during the season.
Current longest streak of winning every game in sunset league play is Anaheim from '52-56.
According to Luca, MDDad was on those teams.

I was actually a little kid on a snow sled in Austria for most of those years. Luca was in med school.

Luca told me privately you transferred from HB after playing for Cap Sheue when they were original sunset league members.
The math isn't adding up.

Is this the year that one of the Big 3 get bumped out of the automatic qualifier spots in the Sunset? Newport brings back many of their skilled guys and have a transfer QB. I'm sure the guys from Sunset Rewind guys will have them at or near the top of their list.

The last time FV, HB, NH or Marina beat Los Al or Edison was 2015, when the current coaching staff at Los Al was at FV. Now that CDM has replaced Marina, the top 3 teams have a pretty sizeable advantage with continuity of good coaching and talent draw. That's close to impossible to overcome.
