That is not "PROJECT A MATCH - UP" which is in the rules and links given multiple occasions...... www.calpreps.com/cgi-bin/2021/project_matchup1_new.plThose league pages don't even list projections on every game, check Sunset... only has one game picked/projected.... I do find it strange however that those pages in which you look do not reflect the same projections according to the Calpreps Projection or "Project A Match Up" page.... Also of note, in that projection SM only 3 point favorite over JSerra? No way based on numbers this season, if we did the spreads MDDads way it would be SM 55.7 Rating vs JS 45.2 Rating which equates to a 10.5 point spread of favorite for SM. Anyway, we need to keep one thing consistant besides my bad picks to date, the source of the spreads each week. Calpreps projections begin on 10/1,and is supposed to be the more accurate of the two according to them. I don't think Project a Matchup takes all factors into consideration like the projections do. One of the caveats of PAM is that it assumes a neutral field. That and other factors is why they wait until 10/1. That said, your pool, your call. |

Yes the projection page will begin this next week after Oct. 1, if you look at that page it links you to "Project a Match Up" to do your own....
Its your call, I will go with whom each week makes the spreads, next week lets take a look at the projection page if its doing what it claims it will.... Just chime in soon, are we using your spreads/source or the project a match up I tallied...... fine either way.

According to calpreps, what I posted is supposed to be more accurate. I say go with the projections now and going forward.

So I guess we are staying with the originally posted (by Bick) spreads.
If I am incorrect about that let me know; if I'm correct, let Frog know. He will be the only one who needs to consider changing his picks.
