They are having lockdowns in Australia and New Zealand. Look how crazy Canada is. Burning churches, lockdowns....
Think back to the 80s, who would have ever imagined such a thing. How did it happen so quick?
Mask mandates. Vaccine mandates. Contact tracing. Elections stolen (if that happened).
Can anything turn this around? Are our elections safe? If so, California could get rid of Gavin and likely elect Larry Elder. Will that, or could that, be a spark to end the madness?
What other thing could end this madness before we fall into tyranny and economic collapse?

I got this from GAB. I recommend GAB to everyone...free speech, no censorship. And as GAB's owner Andrew Torba points out...This is what the 2nd Amendment is for.

I never thought it would come to that. It is amazing how quickly things changed.

At any rate it's a shame you don't understand why the 2nd Amendment was written and it's equally a shame that you're so prone to violent speech. Free speech doesn't mean you have no responsibility to be sane.

I guess we now know why Australia took/bought/confiscated/whatever everyone's weapons. Previously thought of Tin foil hat guys are looking more credible by the day. I'm probably considered one fit advocating the break up of the US to avoid inevitable bloodshed between left and right for the past 10 years. Funny thing is that I'd be ridiculed for not caring whether or not someone was American. Fact is that I don't care. What's important to me are the values people want to live by. Last night, a couple Asian ladies knocked on the door, and proceeded to tell me about why they're advocating for the recall of Newsom. My takeaway from that was how much I appreciate the way many Asians I know approach life. Hard work, family, and basically want to be left alone to choose their path of religion, etc. While I'm not at all keen with the way they drive, or the smell of the fish they often eat, or the way they keep their yards, I much prefer them to liberal Americans.

First, I acknowledge, I do not know how to reconcile the two sides here. That said, I'm not sure splitting us up is the way to do it. OTOH, I'm not sure leaving us co-mingled will eventually resolve it, either.
I see the liberal zealots (not all liberals, mind you, but the more ardent end of the progressive/socialist movement) not only uneducated, especially on History, but unwilling to become educated. There are exceptions, of course, the erudite elitists are fairly well educated, but I don't see they care how others are impacted so long as they have or get theirs.
What if splitting the U.S. into separate nations IS the answer? I'm not sure how that can be done...or by whom. We already know politicians cannot be trusted to do it fairly from how they re-draw jurisdictional boundaries every 10 years...

Nation dividing, like splitting two cells, then two and then two more in an attempt at autonomy.

I have to say that, in most of the neighborhoods I've seen, the yards of Asians are typically the nicest on the block...although they do sometimes tend to over-landscape.

Can anything turn this around? What other thing could end this madness before we fall into tyranny and economic collapse? Well, for decades I've heard that there's nothing like a global pandemic, a world war (or a shooting war with a real existential threat) or an invasion by aliens from outer space to bring us together. I guess the first of those three has failed and is now off the table.

Nation dividing, like splitting two cells, then two and then two more in an attempt at autonomy. What you end up with is the Balkans, and that hasn't exactly worked.
