OK, this doesn't seem right or Constitutional. Paypal can take money directly from your bank account, assuming you linked your account to paypal. Many venders do that. So... What if one day Paypal just arbitrarily says everyone shared misinformation and took 2.5K from everyone's account. What would Bank of America say about that? Wells Fargo? I am not sure how far they think they can go with this, but usually if you are fined you can get a day in court. They are forcing this in their terms of service in November. What if people hack the leftists' FB or Twitter account and post a bunch of "misinformation." LOL Now that would be a good day. But the right typically doesn't do that. I agree. My wife is talking about getting rid of her account.
Here is the what they say:
It doesn't say up to 2.5K, just 2.5K. Violation? Who determines that? Paypal? They call it damages, but it sounds like a fine. I wonder if the terms of their agreement are even enforceable. I hope they get sued and lose.
