If they only simply just banned the UPFs..... 'ultra processed foods' then they could get rid of 90% of the diseases..... Including cancer:

Three things I preached about since I was a kid, it was an innate common sense, stay away, avoid hydrogenated oils, corn syrup & sodium NITRATE! Easy way to do this, eat whole foods, less or no packaged foods. |

Food shoppers can play a proactive role in buying what they eat. A simple rule of thumb, is that anything with a label on it......run away from it.
