My parents were lifelong Democrats. School Teacher and housewife. Have things changed or what?
I asked my mom why she was a Democrat. "They are for the poor and the Republicans are for the rich", she would reply.
Well, the way I see it, the Democrats are for the super-wealthy while the Republicans are on the side of small businesses. Plus, Democrats seem whacked on social issues. Sure we shouldn't get into everyone's personal business, but have the roles changed: Aren't they wanting people to show Nazi-like vaccine documentations. They are the Nazis IMO.
There seems to be two sides to the party: The commies like Kamala, and the corporate fascists like Biden.
Are there any redeeming characteristics of Democrats?

It really excellerated under Trump, the parties have flipped, as they have in similar fashion over the centuries...., I laugh at almost every Covid mention todays in a political sense, what the hey happened to BIG PHARMA and CORPORATE AMERICA BAD...?? As if it was never a cause or slogan or belief. The thing that hasn't changed however is the SPENDING OTHER PEOPLES MONEY part....  |

I agree, it is the money in politics that takes away our liberty. Both parties have that problem. Liberty first, IMO.

This coulda gone under a Pelosi thread but the bigger picture is the annihilation of the "Liberal" ideology. If you have not watched this viral video that took place at Oxford, its a must watch, worth every minute.

This guy and his factoid elegant presentation is only really rivaled here in the US (Politicians) with guys like Rand Paul, whom thoroughly know what it is they are talking about and how to start and finish a case so tight it leaves the others in silence, awe or applause. I also posted this because for the most part his views and logic are mostly the crux of ours here on this board. Outside of his brilliant presentation, the second best part is watching the liberals on the left dumbfounded and Pelosi blaming those who cant think for themselves or are blinded to life's reality is that they have God & Guns....
