The difference is Russia has enough nukes to kill us all if you want to play chess. Iraq was checkers in comparison.

Yeah, I've been laughing at the way Putin threatens us with things like the hypersonic missile. My reaction has always been, "Yeah so what. You can't use it without starting WWIII, so what good is it." Same reaction I have concerning N Korea having nukes. Two or three well placed nukes and poof...no N Korea. Back to Russia, the one monkey wrench is that Putin may no longer be making sane decisions. But I think that is what he wants us to worry about. If we knew for sure that he was still sane, and not senile like Biden, I'd be tempted to tell him (the next time he threatens using nukes), "look we're getting sick and tired of you threatening to use nukes, knowing it would mean WWIII," so either DO IT and start the end of the world rolling, or STFU!" |
