Check your scores  It is my understanding that the only purpose for the POW is if there is a tie. Otherwise, Professor would be higher.  |

🙌👏 🎉 Servite came to play last night. Lol I don't ever remember seeing such a pathetic performance by a Servite Varsity Football team...not ever. You have to give J Serra credit for shutting down Servite's normally prolific offense, (the defense has not been great all season). Clearly the game was more crucial to J Serra. If they had lost, they would have been tied for 5th with a team they lost to, and, with a 4-6 record their season would have been over. By winning, they finish 5-5 and tied for 3rd with a team they have beaten, and subsequently are guaranteed an automatic playoff spot. Servite, on the other hand, earned their way to at least a 5 win record the previous week, and could finish no worse than a tie for 5th with a team they have beaten. I am hoping that Servite didn't play with the mindset that a win would put them in the D1 playoffs, while a loss would simply earn a D2 playoff spot instead. |

ya fate, i was shocked seeing that score, that was a Cal Preps "toss up"! my POW!! thinking the two teams were just that to see a 40+ win by either woulda loss me my house if i was in vegas.
