Saw some of the shooting video and at first thought it was a hoax. One gunman seemed to unload a clip on some people in the corner, but at least one of them stood up seemingly unharmed.
ISIS claimed responsibility???

Putin says the terrorist were headed toward Ukraine. Also, captured terrorist's ears were cut off and fed to them... I wish I was kidding.

When it comes to typical Russian punishments, cutting off one's ears and being forced to eat them is reallly pretty benign. Hopefully they were sauteed in some good olive oil with a little garlic and shallots. |
