Saw this show for the first time last night at Long Beach terrace and thought I'd share some takeaways.
Dancing, choreography and music were as advertised... Just beautiful... Peaceful... Spiritual.
We were unaware of the political / spiritual aspect of the show, and after reading some of the commentary about it, can see the ties to Falun Gong and anti communism they were referring to. In a few of the commentaries, the fact Epoch Times supported this was a front and center aspect for the left leaning media outlets.
While I'm not knowledgeable with what Falun Gong professes, it does seem to have reasonable qualities I could support. The fact they are anti Communist China makes me wonder why it wouldn't be widely supported here.
