Yes, the fact that some of our high schools have been around since before World War I, and won many of their championships before Hitler, kind of skews the numbers. If you look at only the last ten years, Santa Margarita has won the most CIF championships of any county school (33), followed by Mater Dei (27) and JSerra (17).
