Most of us are familiar with the Puritan concept of a Scarlet colored letter A to be worn by adulterers. I sometimes wonder if the practice was less to punish the woman & more to help men with a few choices of who may be open to their advances. But I digress...
I believe we should bring back a scarlet letter S, reserved for those who are politically stupid. I don't mean politically ignorant, no issue with that. Rather, politically stupid, those who make their case in a discussion by gaslighting or using disproven or flat-out incorrect information. It will be a way for us to easily identify such people and save the time of even initiating a discussion with them. If you are having a discussion with someone & they use one of these statements, we could just slap that S right on their forehead & walk away, comforted that we have forewarned society of their idiocy.
A few examples of statements currently being used by the Politically stupid:

It may be worthwhile to send enough S's over to OCConnect to slap on each active poster. That would add up to 3, correct?
