. Boxing was ruined by that loudmouth Muhammad Ali going on & on about how he was the greatest of all time. Agree 100%. and it spread from there to almost all sports. Great athletes always used to let their play speak for itself. Ali let his play speak & his mouth and psychological game was one for the ages. Beating your opponent mentally was often as important and physically. |

I only wrote that knowing that MDDad was an Ali fan & I wanted to point out MDDad's hypocrisy in disliking Trump but liking Ali for doing the same thing. |

I only wrote that knowing that MDDad was an Ali fan & I wanted to point out MDDad's hypocrisy in disliking Trump but liking Ali for doing the same thing. I admired Ali as a fighter, but hated his big mouth and constant bragging and name-calling. I'm voting for Trump, but I hate his big mouth and constant bragging and name-calling. Not sure where the hypocrisy comes in. |

In the 20 odd years that I have seen you post here, at OC Connect & at the Register, never have you made such a delineation. Whenever the subject of boxing came up & you made any post in regards to Ali, never once did you ever temper your admiration of him due to the way he conducted himself. Heck, no one did, Ali's tongue-in-cheek bombastic nature was one of the things that made the public love him. I dare say you are engaging in revisionist history to appear to not be a hypocrite when it comes to Trump. TDS does that to people. |

Trump has my vote, and that's all that matters. You've called me a hypocrite and a dozen other pejoratives because I happen to think he's a childish ass as a person, and you can do so a hundred more times and it won't change a thing. We all have the right to think what we want about pubic figures, and it will take more than an anonymous internet poster to insult me into changing my mind. |

SK80 asked to keep these posts political, yet you can't help changing the subject to sports. As is usual, you claim is incorrect. I don't "insist" that Bradshaw is the greatest QB of all time, rather years back (2016-ish) I put forth the opinion that Montana & Bradshaw were the top QB's based on their 4-0 Super Bowl records. When Brady won his 7th in 10 tries, I then publicly stated that I believe Brady gets that crown, the number of wins & appearances overshadowing the 3 losses. I posted that opinion on this site & you responded to it. Yet here it is over 3 years later and, in a manner fitting those on the left, you misrepresent what I said as well as my most recent statement on the matter. Why do you choose to lie so much?
