Rasmussen has Trump at 52% approval today... have to say there was a bump from the SOTU now. The Dems in Virginia probably added to the momentum...

This is probably the worst 10-day stretch for the Democrats since the phony (they never actually investigated the Weiner laptop emails) re-opening of the Hillary email case back in late October 2016.
I'm betting they almost want another government shutdown (deadline is this Friday) just to get the conversation off of the blackface/rape story in VA.

I'm thinking the blackface thing for the VA governor is a big nothing burger. It seems most of the outrage from the right is correctly centered around the hypocrisy of the left. We really need to push back on this PC / SJW outrage culture that's being driven through social media.
As for the rape allegations, again, let the process work through the channels before judging that guy.

My take from last nights news cycle is the Gov. Is going to turn into some example of racial rehabilitation. The Democrats in a move to save face [intentional pun] and the elected seat that controls Virginia, will show America that with help, therapy and brain washing old white taciats can be saved!
As for the Lt. Gov. I agree Bick, this culture of guilty until proven innocent has to stop. There is no way a society can function if everyone is destroyed based on an allegation that may or may not be true. Problem still being however that the damage of the ongoing process is almost as bad.
In this case or all three cases in Virginia the process is still bad for the Democrats as it stays in the news cycle.
Final thought..., the hypocrisy again by the left and the media is outrageous. Were is the #MeToo movement? Are not men guilty and woman should be believed? Oh wait, it’s being directed at an African American.... call if the dogs.
