There’s a surprising demonstration of judicial common sense.
It won’t stop there, of course, but it makes you wonder how far the militant atheists think they can go. Ultimately, using their logic, why shouldn’t we change the names of San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, Sacramento, Santa Barbara, Saint Paul, Corpus Christi, etc? Why not ban the Red Cross? ..>...........Luca

In today's religious freedom news:
More evidence that another Obama era direction has been reversed. Say what you will about Trump the moral reprobate, but this administration has been as staunch a defender of the free exercise of religion as any in living memory. Well done.

Another recent ruling upheld the rights of a husband-and-wife videography team to not be compelled to film a same-sex wedding (a type of forced speech) that they objected to. Similar principles were involved in the Colorado baker case of a few years back.

Have any of you read of any impediments to other religious practices here in the states? If I didn't know any better, I would think Christianity is the only one with a target on its back.

I tend to follow these kinds of cases pretty closely and, NO, I have not heard of any instances of Muslims, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, or any others being hassled about their religious beliefs. And if they were being targeted, you can be sure the ACLU and the liberal media complex would be crying "bigotry!" from the rooftops. Perhaps that answers your query.

Isn't there some scripture referencing the rejection of Christianity as the beginning of the end?

Nothing specifically mentions the rejection of Christianity, as this is a term that wasn't coined until the late 1st century, after most of the New Testament was written. Jesus was Jewish--of the nation of Israel--as were all the 12 apostles.
What we see replete throughout the Old Testament are warnings and consequences for rejecting God; the New Testament extends this to Christ himself. A small sample:
The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” (Psalm 14:1)
Whatever town you enter and they do not receive you, go out into the streets and say, ‘The dust of your town that clings to our feet, even that we shake off against you.’ Yet know this: the kingdom of God is at hand. I tell you, it will be more tolerable for Sodom on that day than for that town......Whoever listens to you listens to me. Whoever rejects you rejects me. And whoever rejects me rejects the one who sent me.” (Luke 10: 10-11, 16)
For the time will come when people will not tolerate sound doctrine but, following their own desires and insatiable curiosity, will accumulate teachers and will stop listening to the truth and will be diverted to myths. (2 Timothy 4:3-4)
What is at the heart of the leftist and secular rage against orthodox Biblical Christianity (Catholic or Protestant) is its refusal to accept the toxic ideology of the so-called Sexual Revolution. That's all of it in a nutshell.
No anti-Christian activists care a wit about traditional historical disputes such as the Trinity, Christology, Atonement, the nature of Salvation, Purgatory, the Sacraments, etc., etc. What they care about are the rotten fruits of a sterile sexuality: abortion and the LGBTQ+ agenda. If you're not on board with these, you're a veritable Nazi and white-hooded Klan member in their eyes.
