It's a form of public humiliation, kinda like wearing a Scarlet Letter..... to be taken to the town square, tarred & feathered! Basically what you do when you beat Newport Harbor! The term "Tar" came from old England as it was given to seaman of the Royal Navy. There are a few stories but most are backed by the notion these sailors used tar to waterproof everything from rope lines to their clothing. In my day us Sea Kings made our own origin, from the dirty beaches at Newport courtesy of Huntington Beach and it's oil derricks. This "TAR" nor the "TARS" were welcomed south of the Harbor entrance. We keep Big Corona void of TAR matey!  |

In the interests of accuracy, I will once again take exception to anyone calling Newport Harbor the Flagship of the Sunset League. They have been in the league for 54 years, tied for second behind Huntington Beach's 71. They have five league championships, tied for eighth behind Anaheim's 21. They have won 148 league games, third behind Edison's 169. They have a league winning percentage of .477, ninth behind Anaheim's .803. How any of that makes them flagship of the league, I'll never know. |

You mean it wasn't just about golf and grandkids? Cuz' we were assured it was totally innocent. And Obama also told us he only learned about the IRS scandals and Hillary's secret server through "news reports" just like everybody else..... |

I was the new scorer for AHS and the Water Polo match was at Newport Harbor HS.
They cheated. They put me at the scorers table right next to a beautiful, scantily clad babe... I didn’t really know how to keep score, but watching her didn’t help much. I missed some of the fouls called on NH swimmers who got to keep,playing after they should have fouled out... and they won the meet...
Captain of the Water Polo team is still looking for me.

I will say it.
In a fair election, any of the currently declared or expected candidates get the Democrat nomination, Trump gets a 2nd term.
However...
I believe the democrats have only been tuning up their fraud, vote manufacturing machine up to this point. I fear a stolen 2020 national election. I do not believe it is coincidence that we have been seeing stolen elections around the world lately, most recently in Venezuela.

I’m told Hillary has announced she will not run. I am not celebrating, though... - First, I WANT Cankles to run! It would be great entertainment to see the snowflakes melt all over again.
- More importantly, however, I don’t believe her. At the end of November, I will accept she did NOT run... until then, this is just part of Soros’ strategy.

It's a sprint to the left for the democrats. I don't like the Clintons but they are more to the right than any of the bunch running.
