He's probably their best defensive player. Won't get cut.
Coach gets fired though. Very undisciplined team.

As I was watching the Chiefs-Chargers game being played in Mexico City, I saw some locals wearing Charger jerseys. I wondered, since our southern neighbors call the LA baseball team the "Doyers", do they call this ex San Diego football team the "Choyers"?

Just a little over 24 hours away...... SUPER BOWL LIVWho you got and why...? Anyone actually claim either as their team...? KC is still a 1 point fave, its that close. On paper I think 49ers match up better in more categories. I've knocked KC for many a season as their defense is always suspect and gives up too many points, lucky the have "Magician Mahomie"SF has a legit defense and I think BOSSA is the next best player in the NFL real soon, the guy is a freak, looks like on another level, can Andy Reid figure out how to stop or in the least avoid him? Gotta think Mahomes will be looking for Kelce early to keep SF D line off of him. The "wild card" here for me is Garoppollo. Is he legit at this stage of his career and game? I think Mahomes has proven over enough seasons he is the real deal.
Defenses win Championships. Yes. Can you make a stop? My money says SF can do this and that may get them the trophy. Yet Mahomes truly is a MAGICIAN, he throws a ball like no other, he is the MAGIC Johnson of the NFL.
I'll be rooting rooting for the Chiefs, my father in law is from KC. I would also be rooting for ANYONE but SF !! I grew up a Rams Fan, been the enemy since I can remember. Part of me however wants them to win so they can parade down the urine and feces laden streets for all of America to see..., surely the RNC would make a great campaign commercial from such an event!  |

SF doesn't have the firepower to keep pace with KC.
KC defense can take away the best weapon on offense like they did v TEN. SF passing game doesn't have anyone who can stretch the field.

Somewhat torn about this one. On the one hand, I hate San Francisco with a passion, and would much rather root for a team from the heartland over a team from SF. I can't stand the thought of anyone from that liberal hell-hole being happy about anything. However, 49er's starting center Ben Garland is one of my son's best friends. They grew up together, and hung out together, virtually guaranteeing that my son (who was very small in middle school and high school) was untouchable by any prospective bullies. And I kicked both their asses in a rubber band fight when they were seniors and tried to gang up on the old man.  So I guess I'm a 49er's fan for this one. 49er's by one measly point. |

...I hate San Francisco with a passion...However, 49er's starting center Ben Garland is one of my son's best friends. You could always root for the Chiefs to win the game while Garland gets game MVP for making perfect snaps & blocks on every play... |

My wife was not a fan of the halftime show, seeing as my 9-year-old daughter and her friend were watching. I was out running an errand and missed it, but got the gist of it from her.
