For what it's worth, we competed with them at Cypress, and I never saw or heard of anything that even remotely resembled racism there.

One time a few years back, we spent a week on a houseboat on Lake Mead and then stayed a night in Vegas before driving back home the following day. I had not shaved all week, so I had a pretty decent beard and mustache. As I was shaving it all off, I left just the portion over my top lip & gave myself a Hitler mustache. I slicked back my hair, put my arm out in a Nazi salute and my wife took a picture as she was busting up. One of our sons friends who happens to be Jewish came into our room as she was taking the picture & he started laughing as well. He came over to me & mockingly put his hands around my throat like he was choking me as my wife snapped another picture.
I wonder what the response would have been had we posted those goofy pictures online.

Just a bunch of teenage boys reacting in rebellion against the reigning orthodoxies of the day. Hardly new; just dumb (like teenage boys occasionally).

Oh no. It's just the beginning of Trump's 4th Reich. Pacifica athletes wearing #88 are given special parking spaces as part of their secret message.
Also, the event was allegedly on 3/5, but they waited until August, the 8th month to go public with it. 3+5=8, so there's that.
