C'mon RSM... let's not do the selective stat thing our distinguished colleagues from the left do. Post selective stats & then chide others to not do it. That has to be the most accurate demonstration of the hypocrisy thing that the left does  |

On the other hand, Bick, Angel fans can watch every Angels loss on free TV, while Dodger fans can watch every Cody Bellinger home run on the radio. Why is it that the Dodgers aren’t on TV? I’ve never understood that? |

On the other hand, Bick, Angel fans can watch every Angels loss on free TV, while Dodger fans can watch every Cody Bellinger home run on the radio. Why is it that the Dodgers aren’t on TV? I’ve never understood that? You can watch the games if you have Spectrum TV. Think of it like this, you have to pay admission to get into the varsity FB games, and you can always watch the JV games for free. It's one of those deals that tests the level of commitment that only true Dodger fans would understand. |

Ewing was such a stud. He entered Georgetown just as I was leaving and I always regret I didn't get to watch him in person. He had such intensity and ferocity on the court that he even intimidated his own teammates and prevented them from loafing. He and John Thompson were soul mates.
(Good material for a trivia question here: John Thompson played in the NBA for several years as the back-up to Bill Russell, which is why nobody in the NBA remembers him)
Last time I was at the school I bought some ridiculously expensive Hoya BB jersey with "Ewing" and "33" on the back, but I'm old enough now that I look like a pathetic wannabe if I try to wear it...........................Luca

Did anybody here ever attend a Dodgers game when they played at the Coliseum? One of my uncles went to a game during the 1959 World Series, but that was long before I was born.
