I'm not sure why Gavin Newsom has this delusion that he's Heinrich Mueller, but I imagine it will come to bite him in the ass. There is another Recall Newsome campaign on right now and its much better organized and viable than the last one....  RECALL GAVIN 2020 .COM

But one of the constraints is, we have only 120 days to come up with hundreds of thousands of signatures. And, then, we have to find half of the legislators in both houses who are also willing to sign. simply put, it’ll never happen. |

Judge rules California's Newsom overstepped his authority with election order
Sutter County Judge Sarah Heckman issued a permanent injunction that prevents the governor from making additional unconstitutional orders
A California judge on Monday issued a tentative ruling in favor of two Republican state lawmakers who had filed an abuse of power lawsuit against Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom.
Executive Order N-67-20, which Newsom signed in June, required that counties mail all eligible voters vote-by-mail ballots before Election Day and regulated the number of polling stations.
Assemblymembers James Gallagher, R-Yuba City, and Kevin Kiley, R-Rocklin, challenged Newsom’s order in court, arguing that Newsom’s Emergency Services Act – implemented in March amid the burgeoning coronavirus pandemic – prevented the governor from issuing more executive orders or creating new laws.

Radical liberal despots ignore them.

Newsome will take Harris Senate seat if Binden wins. Just interested--why do you think he would do that? If he has his sights on the Presidency he would be much better positioned to make that climb from being the Governor of the largest economy in the nation than from being one of 50 useless Senators. Going from governor to senator would be a massive step down in power and influence, which runs counter to every politician's DNA. |
