Jussie (Who names a kid Jussie?) has a relatively clean record, but he does have one instance of giving police a false name (his brother's). All such things will affect his sentencing if he's found guilty.

When I first heard his story, it already sounded so contrived and over the top that it wasn't believable.
To summarize, two racist/homosexual hating/Trump supporting evil incarnate white guys wait around until 2 AM in subzero Chicago weather solely to ambush some obscure actor, while carrying around a noose (how many people actually know how to make a noose any more?) and bleach. When the innocent victim finally arrives they scratch him a few times and carefully pour the bleach so as not to injure him, all the while yelling "This is MAGA country."
Why did he stop there? Why didn't he mention the Klan uniforms, the Southern drawls, the names Bubba and Billy Joe, or the Confederate flag license plate on the Ford F150 getaway truck with oversized wheels and the gun rack in back?
