SK80 is right though - a contested election is completely legitimate and has occurred at least four times in our history. However, I do not see this ending well for President Trump.

IF he can challenge these results TO FORCE A LEGITIMATE VOTE COUNT, he will prevail... if, as I suspect along with you, Frog, his challenges bring about a true count, he will lose. |

From an optics perspective, the anti-Trumpers (since this includes both Red and Blue voters) have Trump supporters in a terrible position - If in fact this all goes to SCOTUS and Trump pulls a double OT win, can you imagine the absolute outrage that will follow? "Trump packed the SCOTUS! He knew this would happen..."
Look, I'm going to be realistic. If the Senate remains Red (which it looks like it might), I will be content. Make the guy an instant lame-duck.
On the other hand, I really hope SCOTUS looks at this absolute mess of a voting scheme. Something so important to our society should NOT be changed within months of an election. Change takes time and should not be taken lightly.

How do we know it was the dead Joe Frazier who voted? isn’t it possible more than one Joe Frazier lives/lived in PA? |

I can’t see him making a mistake like that. I think, at the very least, Rudy Giuliani very likely has an agenda. i don’t know whether or it he verified the information... but either way, would not surprise me at all. |
