Now if the guy was real cute and had lots of money, then it is OK to cat-call her. Otherwise, don't talk to her. Just kidding. But she spends a lot of time doing her makeup etc... What did she expect? Why does she do it if she doesn't want to be noticed. Besides, just get on with your life. She should deal with some of my customers for a day.
