Do you treat Covid differently than the flu? Sure. It’s a different virus all together. Paxlovid will reduce the chances of being hospitalized. But you can use the same over-the-counter stuff for individual symptoms such as the cough,muscle aches, nasal congestion etc. Paxlovid is the only proven specific treatment. Anybody over 65 it’s probably a good idea to take it even if it’s a mild case. Unless of course you’re MDDad’s age in which case you’ve already had a long, long life and you’re screwed anyway………..Luca |

The United States is considering testing airline poop and toilet waste on international flights to monitor the spread of the virus due to fear that a new pandemic will happen once China opens its gates to the rest of the world.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to test wastewater samples from international planes to track the transmission of any new Covid variants, the agency told Reuters.

I'm confused. I don't mean to be crude, but what use is knowing that a specific turd contains the Covid virus? It's not like they can trace it back to the hole it came out of. |

As nasty as it sounds, if testing showed migration of such virus you are trying to combat, that would be useful information on some fronts. I'm not volunteering however.

If viral migration is the concern, then we should hire many more government employees to test all the poop in rest stops and diners along interstate highways, shouldn't we? Not to mention testing all the droppings at college football bowl games, where people come from all over the country to watch and poop?

I think it was Credo who said the vaccine was developed before the virus escaped the lab. I thought it was conspiracy theory, but he was right. They need to shut down the labs in the Ukraine, China, Southeast Asia, the US, and anywhere else the DOD and NIH support them. It is just common sense. And then just treat COVID like any other disease - hopefully with generic drugs. |

I am not sure what anyone can do with the data. I think that's the key. What would our federal government do if we found a new Covid virus in the poop of a plane from China? Tell Xi we will no longer allow him to buy any of our debt? Tell him we will no longer buy the millions of products he makes for us because we have become too lazy and greedy to make them ourselves? We already know for a fact that there is a China-to-Mexico-to-USA chain of fentanyl production pouring across our southern border, with a mortality rate exponentially higher than Covid. And we do nothing but encourage more of it to cross unchecked. With a president owned heart and soul by the Chinese, expecting any kind of counter is laughable. |

Install Poop bags along with Barf bags and bring with you to test at immigration checkpoint at the terminal.
