The GOP has a right to access the machines. They can recertified. It would be a bad idea to have counting (machines) hidden from either side.

The GOP has a right to access the machines. Actually they don't. By law the Secretary of State for MI has the duty to verify the accuracy and security of the machines.

I also have to wonder why the GOP always seems to hire private companies to do their "audits" who have no experience whatsoever in election audits or election procedures. It's almost like they want to come up with bogus results. What's your view?

The GOP has a right to access the machines. Actually they don't. Republicans and Democrats can access the machines. The legislatures can have access to the machines. The AG might think he / she is the only one that can access them, but we will see. Perhaps these cases can go to the courts on Constitutional merits.

The people who finished counting months ago were the ones who got stuck on twenty because they ran out of fingers and toes.

Perhaps these cases can go to the courts on Constitutional merits. Again, the Secretary of State for the state of MI has a statutory responsibility to monitor the security of the voting machines and make sure they are not tampered with. Your claims are not valid. Which part of the Constitution do you think applies here?

Indeed, Sec. 4 of the US Constitution begins: "The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof..." and the State of MI has done so...the Secretary of State has been given the authority to oversee election security by law in the State of MI. 2. I have no idea why you keep mentioning the AG. 3. As to the constitution of MI, you'd have to look it up.
