God knows we have enough COVID and political garbage to discuss; this is more fun.
So who would you nominate for your high school's Mt. Rushmore? The rules:
1. You can compile a list for your alma mater and/or the current school you root for. For some us here they are one and the same; for others they are different.
2. Nominees should be based solely on their high school achievement and significance. Whatever they did or did not do in college or the pros is irrelevant.
3. FOUR players only--just like the four presidents on Mt. Rushmore.
I'll start by nominating for Servite:
- Steve Beuerlein (no brainer)
- Cody Fajardo
Both QB'd the Friars to CIF-SS titles, though I'm open to other players moving ahead of Fajardo on a short list of FOUR. I'll defer other nominess to Prof. Fate, Reachmole, and others who have a better grasp on Friar football history.
