I read an article in PJ Media about the founder of the Lincoln Project, STEVE SCHMIDT FINALLY JOINING THE DEMOCRAT PARTY. he actually left the Republican Party and became “independent” a couple years ago, but has now made his fraud a reality. So I got to thinking... what if all republicans and libertarians join the democrat party? Suddenly democrats start electing responsible candidates? Democrat platforms start changing? Dyed in the wool, hardcore zealots start jumping out of high rise windows? might be worth think about?

Dave, I'm not sure I see what difference switching parties would make. Right now, Republicans vote for Republicans. If they became Democrats, they'd still vote for Republicans. If everyone continues to vote as they did before the switch, where's the impact?

If everyone continues to vote as they did before the switch, where's the impact? Most noticeable impact, as I see it, would be in the primaries and, maybe, in the local races.

If everyone continues to vote as they did before the switch, where's the impact? I dont think that is what dave was getting at, more like Republicans join Democrat party and vote for the least (center) liberal Democrat of a bunch.... result might be more Joe Manchins than Dick Durbins. MDDad, think of it like this..., there is a house party down the street, every night blasting RAP music. You and your neighbors are not invited because they know how much you despise the music. Eventually you give in, put on your best sneakers, low riding jeans and gold chains and start infiltrating the party with a bunch of your rap hating friends. You befriend the DJ's, earn a little influence and before you know it the GANGSTA rap about B*tches & Ho's, Weapons & Drugs turns to rap about LOVE & S*X......, well you still have rap music, those repetitive electronic beats you really don't like, yet you in someway slightly moved the needle a bit to a less radical message, a small win.

I think I will support the Unity Party. Primarily because they don't have party agendas.

I think I will support the Unity Party. Primarily because they don't have party agendas. what is the democrat party agenda? Besides socialism through enslaving the population through corporations? Suppression of free speech. Beyond that, they are a political terrorist group, and if it wasn't for the fact they could vote against them being removed from being a political party, they would have been removed and all candidates (including Biden) would have never had a chance to run this last voting fiasco.

Trying to give you anything you want, at the price of some suffering with financial burdens through social and market manipulation in the long run. what the republicans say on their platform is anything that you would like to hear from anyone in that position, but caters to the globalist industries instead of the people they represent.
